The Intro: Gigi, for the Table

Some wines are made for the table. Gigi is one of them.

By Ana Keller.

Bright, generous, and quietly expressive, our 2025 Gigi is a Sauvignon Blanc blended with Semillon — made to feel fresh in the glass, but substantial enough to stay with a meal. It is the kind of wine that belongs to June: easy to pour, beautiful with food, and meant to be shared.

The wine is named after Brigitte, whom we call Gigi. She married my brother Arturo and became part of the Keller family in that meaningful way people do when they choose to build a life together. Families grow not only through history, but through the people who join them — bringing new energy, new ideas, and new rituals with them.

Gigi brought all of that.

Together, she and Arturo have built a hydroponic system where they grow vegetables year-round: tomatoes, herbs, greens, and whatever the kitchen calls for. Arturo approaches it with curiosity and care, especially as a more efficient way to use water. Gigi simply loves having good vegetables close at hand.

That spirit lives in this wine.

Made from certified organic, dry-farmed vineyards in Sonoma Valley, Gigi is fermented in stainless steel to preserve its brightness. Sauvignon Blanc gives it lift and freshness; Semillon adds texture, roundness, and a longer finish.

In the glass, you’ll find passionfruit, grapefruit, lime zest, gooseberry, honeydew melon, savory herbs, and a subtle saline edge. It is vivid but balanced — refreshing without feeling sharp.
At the table, Gigi is effortless. Pair it with heirloom tomatoes and basil, grilled fish with citrus, zucchini off the grill, chicken with salsa verde, or a simple herb salad with vinaigrette. Nothing too complicated. Just good ingredients, handled with care.

We are releasing Gigi this June alongside Summer Salsa at Keller Estate — an evening of music, food, and easy summer drinking in Petaluma.

It feels like the right beginning for the season.
A wine for gathering.
A wine for the table.
A wine named for someone who made the family bigger.
Come taste it with us at the estate.
