This inaugural release of Gigi Sauvignon Blanc was sourced from vineyards in the Sonoma Valley. Warm temperatures added richness and fruit concentration, while the cooling effects of the nearby Pacific Ocean helped to chill the grapes at night and into the morning hours, yielding fruit with vibrant natural acidity.
The 2025 vintage is layered with notes of passionfruit, grapefruit, lime, and soft herbs, creating a refined and deeply food-friendly balance.
