2021 Pinot Noir, Precioso – 92 points, Wine Spectator – Thoughtful blending of barrels built for aging from El Coro and La Cruz. Native fermentation, 11-18 months in 50% new French oak. Anise, green tomato leaf, black cherry weave through the nose and palate. Made for cellaring—ages 10+ years.

2021 Pinot Noir, El Coro – 90 points, Wine Spectator – Lower block, heavier clay soils, 1100 ft elevation. 9 different clonal variations. Rocky, well-drained hillside soils produce black cherry, mulberry, subtle anise and apple wood notes. Partially whole cluster, 14 months in 30% new French oak. Earthy—tea notes, forest floor, layered tannin structure. Polished, drink-now-through-2026.
