2023 La Cruz Vineyard Pinot Gris

This vintage was picked on the early side to preserve some of the natural acidity in the fruit.  It is whole-cluster pressed in the traditional Burgundian style, which makes a terroir-driven style of minerality and brings out citrus components.

The palate delivers generous citrusy acidity, with flavors of tart pineapple, lemon sorbet, sage, and white flowers, finishing with a lingering burst of pithy lemon.
