2023 Chardonnay Oro de Plata

"Oro de Plata" describes the making of this Chablis-style wine. Chardonnay (the gold or 'oro') is harvested and gently pressed into stainless steel tank (the silver 'plata'). Aging in tank preserves the full essence of our chardonnay without the influence of oak. Lemongrass, fennel, lime zest.
