The 2022 Precioso Pinot Noir is a reserve barrel selection, culled from our La Cruz and El Coro barrels.We pick it at night, so the fruit is cool when it arrives at the winery in the morning.The wine is bottled after 11 to 18 months of aging.
A floral nose of hibiscus and lavender opens into black cherry, black currants, and cranberry. This well-constructed wine and will age gracefully over the next decade. Drink it in its youth to know its fruit character. Drink it in five and ten years to see how it evolves over time.
