The Precioso Chardonnay is our winemaker’s special blend of the best blocks, clones and barrels of the vintage. After ~15 months of aging, the special barrels for this blend were selected, then racked off lees and blended just prior to bottling.
Rich, golden aromas of honeysuckle, roasted Meyer lemon and baked pear tart underline the decadence of this limited release Chardonnay. On the palate, flavors reminiscent of honey brioche, perfectly ripened summer peaches, toasted coconut and a hint of bourbon barrel.
