2023 Sparkling Blanc des Blancs

Stay tuned for the next release of Keller Estate Sparkling Blanc Des Blancs. Blanc de Blancs is a term created in Champagne. It is used to refer to champagne produced entirely from white grapes, most commonly Chardonnay. In the style of the Côte des Blancs, Keller Estate produced their own Blanc des Blancs in 2019 which celebrates the La Cruz vineyard’s first Chardonnay grapes planted at our estate in 1989.
