Keller Estate invites you to warm up with us this winter with a friendly competition for the best homemade chili! Bring your best chili recipe, compete for prizes, and enjoy a fabulous wine pairing. Winners leave with a handmade ceramics piece by owner Ana Keller (and bragging rights, of course)!

Contest Categories
- 🏆 Best Overall Chili - Judged by our celebrity panel
- 👥 People's Choice - Voted on by all attendees
- 🍷 Best Paired with Syrah - Perfect complement to our club Syrah
- 🥕 Best Vegetarian Chili - No meat, all flavor
- Must be homemade (no store-bought chili)
- Must serve ten 1/2 cup portions.
- Keep chili hot - bring in a slow cooker or thermal container
- Clearly label if vegetarian, and list major allergens (nuts, dairy, etc.)
- Provide serving utensils
We will provide: tasting cups and utensils, chili toppings, wine pairings, voting ballots.
Judging: provided by locally renowned chefs from your favorite eateries evaluating flavor, creativity and best pairing with Keller Estate Rotie
Please note: arrival for chili participants is 12:45 pm. Kindly label your chili with dietary information such as dairy, etc.
